With our efficient Construction Management Services, we will manage all aspects of a construction project, including subcontractors, scope, schedule, and quality. We will solve problems as they arise and effectively communicate with all stakeholders and lead the project team to a successful outcome. This is a fee-based service whereby Sellers General Construction will act as the owner’s representative during all phases of the project from pre-construction through to final close out. In this scenario, we will not hold any subcontracts, the owner holds all the contracts.
