Founded in 1997 by Johnny Sellers, Sellers General Construction was built on a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality. Having grown up in Conway, South Carolina, Johnny spent his entire career in the construction industry before launching his own company. Starting with residential projects, he quickly earned the trust of homeowners throughout Litchfield, Pawleys Island, Myrtle Beach, Conway, Carolina Forest, Loris, Aynor, and surrounding communities.

In 2006, Jay Sellers joined the company as a partner and began managing day-to-day operations. Jay’s experience in the construction industry began at an early age, where he developed extensive field knowledge that led to roles as a carpenter, superintendent, and project manager. In 2023, Jay proudly assumed ownership of Sellers General Construction, carrying the family legacy forward as the company’s second-generation owner and operator.

Together, Johnny and Jay Sellers bring more than 60 years of combined construction experience, providing clients with the expertise, leadership, and dedication needed to complete projects with confidence.
